Ray has his angel wings

Hi everyone, this is Ray’s mom and dad, unfortunately we lost our baby Tuesday, and just wanted to let everyone know that Ray put up a good fight, but the cancer was too far into his other limbs and lungs. It seems so unfair to have put him through the surgery and the 4 treatments of Chemo, but if we did not opt to do that for our baby boy, than we would not have had a chance to have him the extra fews months of joy he gave everyone!!!  He also felt the best he had being a tripawd, alomost like a puppy, so no regrets, just a lot of sadness and missing him so very very much!! We wish all of the other tripawds and their pawrents the best of luck and many many hugs and lots of love to each and everyone  whom has the honor to share their lives with with any and all dogs !!!!

Love  Angel Ray and his mom & dad

  1. We are so sorry to hear about Raymond. 🙁

Please know that by telling his story here, you are certain to help others face the same difficult times with their own dogs. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Ray Ray, my pawrents are so sad that you are now a Spirit Dog. You sure did put up a good fight against cancer my friend, you are a true Tripawd Hero.

Although you no longer hop on earth, you have hopped into everyone’s hearts here and will forever be remembered.

I’ll see you at the Bridge my friend. Let’s go play!

  3. I am so sorry about your Ray Ray. I lost my Emily Nov 10. She to had her amputation and four rounds of chemo but the cancer took her too. After his amputation Ray Ray was able to live a pain free life and you did everything you could for him. You will miss him, I know, but his spirit really will be with you.

  5. We are very sad for your loss! It is easy to feel guilty once we lose a loved one, but you did the right thing for Ray! You were able to enjoy and love him to pieces for a few extra months! Sending you lots of golden retriever hugs and kisses! Ray can go home and see all of his tripawd friends at Rainbow Bridge!

  6. I am so terribly sorry… I would have loved to see a dane pulling through and Ray seemed to have a good chance as he adapted so well to being a tripawd.
Tomorrow it will be 4 months since Hori went over the bridge, but our memories of her are still there and raw.
Cancer is unfair and cowardly, it just comes and settles where we cant see it. Awful.
I hope you run free and painless dear Angel Ray… take care of my sweet Horacia.
    Hugs
    Cecilia
